How to use the cards:
Draw 5-10 cards from the deck or set that you want to focus on. If an exercise doesn’t fit with your fitness goals, discard that card and choose a different one. Order the cards you’ve drawn in whatever sequence you think is best and then perform the exercises on each card. We recommend performing 2-3 sets of the sequence if you are new to core strength training, following the time or repetition recommendations on each card.
